Niece is awake and talking ,
Still has oxygen but through a nasal cannula now and still has feeding tube in but she has had a drink of water and they said if she’s still ok she can try some ice cream later .

Physio has been in and she’s tired out again but so far ok .

Good morning. Had a heavy shower about half an hour ago.

No plans today, will take the day as it comes.

Dinner is a chicken hotpot I took out of the freezer last night. I bought it to have when hubby had a chicken tikka. Its not very big, but we'll share it and have with veg.

Will check in later to see if there are any updates about Oma's niece.

GS3 day today. He will be going home earlier today, after his afternoon nap rather than after tea. His other GPs are coming over so want to see him before bedtime.

Hi everyone, I wish I could say I am feeling better, now three of us have got the dreaded lurgy. I thought yesterday I was feeling better but not so far today. Maybe after a shower I might feel like getting dressed.

Been to MILs
Usual moans , nothing new there, complaining about her gardener not doing a good job , tell her every week to find someone else ,
then complained the council not cutting the grass areas around properly ,
Then the weeds in other peoples gardens , apparently they should be told about it,
The man across the road put weed suppressing black sheets on his front garden weeks ago but hasn’t done anything yet
When she sees him she’s going to tell him not to be so lazy and get it sorted 😱
Told her she can’t do that it’s none of her business.
Finley is two on Monday and his birthday party is on Saturday, but MIL isn’t coming.
Fair enough it’s a long journey for her and too noisy .

Havent heard anything about niece yet today , won’t hear till the family visit but I’m taking no news as good news .

The chicken hotpot was better than i expected,but i won't buy it again.
I didn't eat all mine,hubby did and said he had had worse.
Still , it made a little bit of room in the freezer.

GS3 was as cute as ever His Nottingham GPs will love seeing him I'm sure.
His daddy collected him around 3.30 so we then went shopping. No golf for OH and we decided we would rather do it today than tomorrow. The shopping is all put away, my childcare is done for the week so it feels like Friday here

Weather is dry, so while hubby is out I'm hoping to get the grass cut.
I'll do some tidying up inside first and get dinner prepared.

Its dull and windy but so stuffy it’s not right this weather is it.

B left for London early this morning Hes with his Army pals going to Downing Street to support his friend Richie who is handing his Medals back after 35 years service in protest of the handling by the military police and the British government over the disappearance of his little girl Katrice on her 2 nd Birthday in Germany .

Ive Stripped the beds and got them washed blitzed right through downstairs hoovered and having 5 minutes before I clean the kitchen cupboard doors then everything is done ,

Will tackle upstairs later.
