    Afternoon TV

Because we have been snowed in most of the week we have taken to watching TV in the day, most unusual for us. We came across a lovely programs on BBC1 at about 2ish I think. Its called Shakespeare and Hathaway . It’s about two private investigators played by Jo Joyner and Mark Benton.
It is set the the beautiful Stratford Upon Avon and Warwickshire area . It is quite funny in places and you don’t have to think to hard about the plot and best of all no graphic groey scenes which makes it a joy to watch .
    its on Monday to Friday
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Mimi, that sounds like something I would like to watch. I will look it up, thanks!

Caught snippets of it while flicking through but detective type of programmes not my kind of thing although I love most things Mark Benton is in ,
He just has one of those faces you love and can turn his talents to anything ,Comedy or serious

My sister told me about this. Something not too complicated is fine by me.

Since DH has been home from hospital we have also been watching daytime TV and I think that some of the daytime programmes are better than the evening ones. Shakespeare and Hathaway and also The Coroner, DH also likes the property programmes.

The problem with the property programmes they are such old old repeats, there was one the other day and when they gave the price it was 2015. I like Nothing to Declare, they are so funny with what people try to take into Australia. the shopping channel have needlework and craft making programmes. I usually eat my lunch watching Bargain Hunt but they are all repeats.

We have watched the first two episodes Mimi, and have the rest to watch, I think it ends on Friday.

We are enjoying it. I wonder if there will be further series?
