I can't believe there's all this fuss about Susan Calman dancing with a man - but nothing seems to have been said about Rev Richard Coles dancing with a woman. For goodness' sake - it's light-hearted entertainment. Or at least I thought it was! SC is a talented comedian - I wish people would leave her alone and let her enjoy the dancing.

I think it's much more newsworthy that there is a Paralympian taking part - and I hope he does really well.

I think the minority faction who are making the fuss about SC must be living in a timewarp! Decades ago, lesbians had to be butch - very short hair, DMs, no make up etc, only befriend other lesbians, and supposedly hate men! Anyone different would be dismissed as not really gay! Now everyone knows that those sort of women exist, along side those like me who look no different to any other woman, and we are as likely to be friends with a man as a woman!
