Following on from Gems thread about Game of thrones.
I can remember reading on the internet, about a man that won a photo competition.
When they were making Game of Thrones, The makers saw his photo and got in touch with the photographer to ask where it was.
I think it was taked in Ireland, and the location has been used in the said programme.
Wonder if the photographer got any royalties.
Will try to find the photo later.

DS has a friend who got married in Ireland where some of the scenes of Game of Thrones are filmed. The wedding was Game of Thrones themed, as much as I like the program, it isn't something I would have chosen for my wedding
