I find it a most bizarre programme, it used to be ok when songs were tuneful and sang well, I shall probably watch it as Graham Norton makes me laugh out load but don't think we have a cat in hells chance of UK winning h this space !

I used to enjoy the voting for the UK song years ago and see who in the family got the winner something they haven't done for many years now,Graham Norton doesn't inspire me in any way so I do think I shall be giving this a miss somehow I wonder if it will interupt my viewing of Casualty ?Keep Calm,You're Fabulous

Like Nanto - we watched it when there were only a few tv channels, but even then we got bored with it. It seems the production/lighting etc overtook the music in importance. I hope it's a good show this year, but like Qwerty I don't think we'll get many votes.
Glamm - OH will want to watch Casualty whatever else is on!

We are out tonight so we wont see it but I don't hold up much hope that we will receive many votes. Most of Europe never liked us and now with Brexit we will get fewer votes than ever. Its not a song contest any more, its more a political stance.
Is Russia taking part ?Bring me sunshine in your smile.

We used to watch it years ago but gave up many moons ago. I really don't think well get many, if any, votes. Don't think much of the song anyway. I remember watching when Abba won, couldn't believe what they were wearing, but loved the song. They still remain one of my favourite groups."Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." - Dr Seuss

The Eurovision Song Contest has become so unimportant in this country that I had to Google the results! At one time it was a main topic of conversation for at least two weeks. Interesting to see that we fared slightly worse than Azerbaijan, but better than Austria! If this exciting piece of news passed you by - we came 15th out of 26, with Portugal at No 1 and Spain at 26.
