I am not a football fan but not being very mobile I have ben watching some but it seems the game is “from me to you and back to you, a little run then a tackle so then the move starts again. I have admired some of it but we are Rugby Union fans.

I was upstairs watching TV, came down just in time to see Norway ('my' team) score a goal. But England have now scored too.
I may well go to bed before the finish too Daisy, especially if England score again!

My observations from watching the majority of a tediously long match are -

It took me back to my day as a classrrom assistant, in particular when I was on playground duty.
Boys running about pushing each other and falling over, running to the grown up to complain and nine times out of ten being told to go away as the other person hadn't actually done anything wrong
