I read this the other day Gem ,
It said she had been trying to retire for a few years but they kept coming up with story lines for her 😁
I have never listened so I don’t know who she is but to be retiring now at 103 she must be a remarkable lady 😁

Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I’m still a listener. I catch up every morning whilst putting my face on. I wonder if they will kill her off or fade her into the background…

I have stopped listening, used to listen to the omnibus on Sundays. What an amazing lady, very distinctive voice.

I listen from time to time, and she really is an amazing lady. She must be the last of the 'old' characters on the Archers?
