This is inspired by Enfy's thread over on the Book section, about our favourite children's books.
This isn't programmes we watched as children, but that we watched with our children.
Which did you enjoy? (Or hate!)
As I had a 10 year gap between children, I was watching different things with DD3 than with her older sisters.
With the older 2 I enjoyed Blue Peter, Grange Hill, The Demon Headmaster (scary!) Box of Delights. The Samiad, The Queens Nose. Probably lots more but those stick in my mind. I watched a lot of Rainbow too when they were little
By the time DD3 was watching, we had other channel choices such as Nickelodeon, so a lot more American programmes were watched!
We still watched Blue Peter, but as she grew older, a lot of American stuff. Goosebumps, Sabrina the Teenage Witch (I liked that) Tia and Tamara, Hey Arnold (DD3 and I still discuss certain episodes of that
)
When DD3 was small, I was very irritated by Barney , the purple dinosaur. We both quite liked Rosie and Jim though
