    Locked out!

    Yesterday I couldn't get into GRUS apart from as a visitor. Access denied to most things and no way of posting. I tried to log in again but it said my user name or password were not recognised.I tried again but same message. I then tried to change my password in case that was a problem but a message informed me it didn't recognise my e- mail address.I then sent a message to admin.via a link but that obviously didn't get through!
    Today I tried again to change my password and lo and behold it worked.
    Phew I 'm exhausted,!!

    Oh Clover, I'm so sorry. I wonder why that happened??
    If it does again, please feel free to email either myself or Daisy and as soon as we can we will see if we can rectify the problem.

          Clover, I don’t know why GRU didn’t want to talk to toy yesterday, but I do apologise. What were you using, computer, tablet, phone?

          I had had to keep verifying my posts last night, but assumed it was my desktop playing catch up with a major upgrade I had installed on my iPad. (They sync with each other)

          Yes, please email me or Gem direct if you have any more problems, and that goes for any other members having trouble.

            Daisy it was on my tablet that I mostly use.Very rarely use my PC these days.
            Sending you an e-mail was my Plan B.but I wouldn't really like to bother you on your private e - mail.

                Clover, as Daisy says, please do contact us by whatever means
                Several members have done that over the years - by email, PM here or on FB. Sometimes we are unable to do anything about it at that time, but we will always see to it as quickly as we can.
