That's fine Zizi. When we moved we had nightmares with NPower and were advised to change by my computer chap to Utility Warehouse for all utilities which we did and the price went down 1/3rd and the system is excellent and you speak to someone who you can understand!!! Answering the calls is simple and quick and they are very helpful. We will stay with them now.

I changed to UW from TT about 2/3 months ago for broadband and phone. They sent an excellent router and the downtime was half an hour for changeover !!! I don't have any problems with them either, although there were hippcups as I had a very old PC at first which needed updating and now that has been done it certainly would seem to have been a very wise choice. Yes I can recommend them highly.

Recently we had the nightmare of all nightmares when a tenant left one house and that was with Scottish Power who were the worst I have ever had to deal with in 14 years of being a landlord.

    Do hope that is helpful.

Mmmm definitely something to consider. I must admit our electric and Gas bills are a bit higher than I would expect for two people in a well insulated flat especially given that downstairs has the heating on so high you can feel the blast of heat when they open the front door in the cold weather whereas we are much more of the "put a cardi on" persuasion. This is probably due to having a high street florist for years where having the heat on was not a good idea for the stock! I will look into it further, thanks for sharing the info

There was just an article on BBC News about Marks and Spencer's card holders logging on to their accounts can see all the details of other card holders even their transactions, addresses etc. Clearly breaches in security are more common an we have been led to believe! ELisi when I get back from hols I am going to have a look at that utility company. My TT contract doesn't end until next year so that will have to wait.

Excellent. I am genuinely thinking of using them for my tenant's utilities also. If you need any links just let me know Zizi.
