    Those Card Making Sites.

    Three of us have spent nearly a day trying to make a special birthday card for our friend. We have uploaded photos from a laptop to my computer, fiddled and diddled, got it all just so and just as I was going to pay....poof, off into the ether it went, never to be seen again. 😖 then came the password debacle. It didn't want to know so I reset it. Same again, and yet again. At this point my friends went home and I had a large G&T and sent OH out for an Indian takeaway. I could have cried.
    I'm pleased to say it is now done once again. Fingers crossed I have remembered everything.
    NEVER EVER AGAIN.
    These things are marvellous when they work but I think I'll stick to ready mades or make my own in future.

    I think handmade cards are more special, often thought about having a go,but never got around to it.

    We've just had one made for granddaughters 21st next month.I will take a photo to show you all later.
    Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

      Never used one but my SIL uses them all the time she said it saves her time

        I have a friend who makes lovely cards so I buy my cards from her.

          I haven't used a site where you compose the card for yourself but I have ordered from e-bay 2/3 ready made cards which where beauti ful to say the least I couldn't find anything to compare in the cardshops,I had one made just for my son & daughter in law for their wedding and one just for my son also for his wedding day,I had one made for other son and his fiance on their engagement which they adored and it has been framed so I must have got something right,

            I often use Moonpig. I don't know that it is any better than the others, but they have my details so ordering from them is quick and easy!
            I only once had a problem. This was when ordering a new grandson card in readiness for my GS's arrival. When it arrived it was an Easter card, for a little girl!! This was in October. I sent an annoyed and slightly sarcastic email. They were most apologetic, sent me the correct card quickly, and credited my account. Thank goodness this card was coming to me,m not the recipient! Apart from that incident, I am happy with them.
