    Tech problems are getting more common, and harder to fix. This article gives a good explanation of why there are so many problems and why huge platforms like Meta, Amazon Warehouse Services and others can 'go down'. Then, of course there are hackers and the dark web!

    It's quite a long article, but it is one of clearest I've read to explain the historic problems that crop up.

      That's brave of you, Gem! I posted it partly for reference when any of us are having trouble with our gadgets - I think it's helpful to know a bit about the various platforms we use.
