    Earth Day 2023

Today, Saturday, 22 April is Earth Day. It's been held every year since 1970 and had its origins in a book called "Silent Spring" published in 1962.

I confess I'd heard of Earth Day, but didn't know anything about its origins (in America) and just thought it was a day when we think about the impct of using fossil fuels, and our throw-away lifestyles.

    Funny you mention this Daisy.
We overheard some talking about it while we were out today.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
