I don't know if I said that part of my birthday present from OH was a new laptop. It has Windows 8 & I'm really struggling with it. So much new stuff to learn. I'm not a fan. Hope you can work something out. My OH's solution to anything electrical that's broken is to hit it. Have you tried that?😱

My laptop had Windows 8 installed, didn't like it at all, so I had it wiped off, and Windows 7 installed.
