    Predictive Text

    Love it or hate it?

I find it quite useful - usually, and it has got much better than it used to be, but sometimes it throws up "interesting" alternatives to the word I was trying to type.

This morning I was having a Whats App chat with DIL1 about progress with the work in their garden. She mentioned that the mango (Kango) hammer had started at 8 am!

I replied that the workmen next door were tamping down the skeletons on their new driveway. I did of course mean scalpings, but my phone thought otherwise!!

I like the predictive text. As you all say,it can sometimes put the wrong word in.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

DIL also mentioned this morning that the electrician had come to put in the connection for the hit tub!

I hate it, except for the odd time it has helped me in the WhatsApp quiz!

The guesses can be SO funny can't they?!

My old IPad didn’t use predictive text, this new one does and I thought it was my bad spelling at first. So forgive if things don’t make sense.
