Daisy, the way you feel about dogs is the way I feel about cats. A source of constant joy in my life, and I never want to be without them. The sad part is having to say goodbye to something we love and cherish so much.
I would not be with my OH if she didn't like cats. My ex husband was a dog person when we met, but at 21 easy to convert to a cat lover At our age it would be hard to 'convert' someone!
