I have asked for two for Christmas. I am not holding out much hope

Gemini - I fell in love with Alpacas at first sight at the Game Fair some years ago. They are such beautiful creatures, gentle, easy to look after and friendly. I've got some photos somewhere - I'll have to dig them out.

I don't think my GD would agree with you, she has worked with them, they spit, are very stubborn they use them to guard sheep. Advice from her would be don't mess with an Alpaca or a Llama

I have been told that too Plantaholic they also have a good kick to them I'm told but they do look cute when standing to attention as they seem to do, youngest DGS informs me they are related to Camels along the line somewhere I can imagine that as they have similar traits such as the stubborness and spitting
