Oma - I totally believe that!!
Eva shares our mature cheddar, but if I use cheese for training treats I get mild, hoping there's less salt, because we can easily get through 300 or 400 grams on a Tuesday evening (plus other treats). It's labelled in the fridge as "Eva's + DS1 and family" as they only eat mild cheddar.
