Nanto - that's classic!
Qwerty - our DS2's dog, Cooper, sleeps like that as well - and he's an intact male so it's quite spectacular! He will also lie with one back leg cocked up. We don't even try and guess why!

When we first got Poppy we where unsure if she had been "done" by the previous owner so let her be and waited for a season to appear when one did I bought her nappies and cute little knickers from ebay, they where white with red cherries all over and a nicely placed space for her fluffy tail to go through I only threw them out a couple of months ago when we had a massive declutter,my John thought I had lost the plot but as ever he indulged me xxxKeep Calm,You're Fabulous

Glamm - it's difficult to know what to do when you don't know if they've been 'done'. We knew Eva hadn't, but the rescue centre arranged for it after we'd got her. I would have preferred to let her have one more season first (she'd got a false pregnancy when we adopted her), but they were insistent.I bet Poppy looked really cute, bless her. xx

Daisy Poppy was neglected in so many ways but I am sure the old lady loved her in her own special way, fancy buying an 80yr old relative a dog for her birthday when she was unable to walk or exercise her, when we picked her up from a relative she had never been groomed or to be honest she had never had a bath because she smelt awful,we put up with it for about 5 days so not to stress her any more than she was then took her to the doggy parlour first for a bath and general cut of all the knots then 2 weeks later for a proper cut and blow !!,she loves going now and is good friends with the same girl who first saw her.Keep Calm,You're Fabulous

Glamm - I remember Poppy arriving in your life. There is more than one way of ill-treating a dog, isn't there. How sad that someone thought it was a good idea to give an unasked for puppy to an elderly, inactive lady. I was chatting with a friend yesterday. She loves dogs but won't have another one even though she's only in her early 60s because her eyesight is very poor and she doesn't know how long she can live independently.
How lovely that Poppy enjoys her beauty treatments.
