Our hibernating hedgehog

Gem - I was thinking about hedgehogs hibernating this morning. Hermoine is certainly in a good place to find luxurious winter quarters.

We have 'something' living in out log store outside the utility room. We've no idea what it is, but Eva keeps telling us about it. We were thinking we must check soon because we use logs in the winter and don't want to disturb something who thinks it's a good hibernation spot.

OH spent this morning finishing the 2nd hedgehog box she started a long time ago. Just needs the roofing felt on, then filling with straw etc. They like to bring in their own materials, but it helps to provide some clean dry straw it begin with. We will put that at the back of the hedge close to where she is sleeping at the moment.
