Today is DD's 50th birthday. Where did all those years go? She has been anxiously watching the weather, after all that glorious sunshine today is chilly, cloudy but thankfully dry... at the moment. She is having a Madness (the band) themed party so the garden is decorated accordingly, with black and white balloons, bunting and posters. Should be fun. She invited both her neighbours, ladies in their late 70's/early 80's and they are both coming! Good for them, fingers crossed the weather will hold.

He has had a wonderful time. Loved the surprise party yesterday, and nice chilled out day today with his mum, sister , BIL and nephew and niece (and us for part of it) eating party leftovers in their garden
