Called into the main Library, spoke to lady at the desk in the main entrance and she said they don't have notice boards but she would put it in their information folder. Taking one to put on the village hall notice board and must visit our local library, which is in an adjoining village, they used to have a notice board, not sure they do now.

Been to Dunelm today it’s in my old neck of the woods where I was brought up , so put a postcard in the hairdressers always lots of ladies in there she put it in the window same with newsagents 🙂

One on the notice board in the village hall.

Went to local charity shop but it was closed so I went on to Tesco where a woman behind the customer service desk has taken a card which she said is overseen by their ‘ champion ‘ . She gets to decide which notices go on the big community notice board . Left a card there for her to decide on. Apparently she isn’t in work today .
I have the rest of the cards in my handbag so if I see any other place that will accept cards I have them to hand .
Hopefully we will see some ‘new faces ‘ on here soon

We went to a fish restaurant for tea there was a Morrisons next to it so put a postcard in there, not near my Morrisons I hasten to add

Admin ladies has there been an extra flurry of guests since the postcards went out, doesn’t seem to be any new members which is a shame

Qwerty - I'm afraid the 'guests' are probably bots - computer software applications that do automated tasks like indexing a search engine. Admin keep an eye on them!

It would! I intend to distribute postcards widely over the summer when I'm on my travels

Although Daisy and I were advised by someone else , who shall remain nameless ,that it would never work, we remain optimistic and will not give up!
