Thanks Enfys. I see it too.

Are we open for business yet? I see we have guests viewing.
The puss is gorgeous. She's called Scully and is my DS1's. The's about a year old now and is very independent - she always looks as though butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, but she's very adventurous! It was only after DS started with itchy eyes, sneezing etc that he realised he's allergic to her! DIL put him on a programme of desensitisation - you could see Scully wasn't going anywhere!!!

We are open for business in the sense that anyone can Google GRU and read the general posts, and join. However, we're not ranking very high on search engines because there are various things we've got to do to put this in place. As you know we are all newbies at this so we've been anxious to get everything running as smoothly as possible before we make public fools of ourselves! We will let you know when to sound the fanfare of trumpets!

The 'Guests' are mostly bots such as Google devices that track all websites. We keep an eye on them to make sure there's nothing untoward peering down on us!

By the way - we have been overwhelmed by the support and patience everybody has shown while we stumble through the technological quagmire! You are all fantastic.
