    Sending private message

I’m trying to send a pm to someone, help. When I click on the members Name and click private message it says I’m not authorised. Is this the correct way to do it! I really can’t remember.

        That is odd Enfys!
I'll have a large blue box above message centre which says Compose.

Hmm, that’s strange. I used to be able to send them. Don’t worry, it’s nothing urgent.

All your settings look fine to me Enfys.
Your inbox and sent box aren't full are they?

Enfys - silly question, but are you logged in? It should tell you at the top of your screen, above the banner heading (the dark denim band with our logo and GRU on it). It should tell you how many messages you have and show your Avatar and User Name (Enfys) with a down arrow to click on.

Daisy, I got your message but I can’t reply. When I click on the message it says “ sorry you are not authorised to view this page”

Enfys - thanks for letting me know. I'll try and get to the bottom of it tomorrow. xx

Did your page look similar to mine? If not, where was it different, please.

Enfys - many thanks. I'll come back to it tomorrow when I've had a chance to think about what could be the problem.
