Glamma, we are not quite sure why this happens. If it continues we will look into it further. Hopefully it is one of these temporary blips which forums can get. The good thing is that it comes back very quickly!

I think it's just a time lag between posting and the software collecting the signature from your User Profile. Sometimes the software gets tweaked (by the software providers) and the law of unintended consequences rears its ugly head. They tend to settle down again fairly quickly.

Skye, I don't think resetting it makes any difference. I think it is there all along, but briefly disappears! I know it is annoying, but I think they are only ever 'gone' for brief periods.

Things are a bit hectic with it being half term, but when I have a minute I'll try and find out if it's a software glitch (see my comment about unintended consequences) or something else!

Skye - have you made a post, left that section and then gone back to the post and found your signature missing, or is it only immediately after making a post? Just checking - if you've reset it on your User Profile have you saved the changes right at the bottom of the Profile screen? It's such a long way down it's easy to miss it.

All OK now, as said the signature does not appear straight away but a while after. I just want to show it as it's so me....

Skye - glad your signature's ok. I love that too. I first heard it when I was a teenager - my French friend's dad was a wine merchant and if I ever hesitated about having a glass of wine that's what he'd say to me.

I have noticed that mine and a few of our ladies no longer have their signatures displayed at the bottom of our comments we post.
I have 'reset' mine several times but it refuses to display its self when I leave a comment on a thread.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Mimi - I think it's as described above. If you go back onto the thread later you will see your signature is there. It's showing on the above post. Hope that's the case for you and you can see it.

I can see your signature Mimi. It's as Daisy says. They briefly 'disappear', rather annoyingly, but then return!
