Reading PMs

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but I can’t seem to read all my pms.

I had one yesterday which I read and replied to, had another reply which I again responded to but now all I can find is the original message and not the replies. I’ve clicked on the members name, tried looking at my sent messages but still no luck. Help! Thanks

We, Admin and Mods, cannot see your PMs - they are truly private to you.
I will have look at my own to see if I can work out what your problem is.

Enfys, if you go to your Inbox each message should say Between so-and-so and I.
Below that the title of the message. When you click on the message title, the message and any replies between the two of you should appear, downwards in order, newest at the bottom.
Does this not happen for you?

Enfys - I've just read your latest message (haven't replied yet, but, yes, that's great!). Originally I'd sent you a Private message, and you replied with a Visitor message, both times. I don't think that should affect you seeing your sent messages, though. I'll have to look into it a bit more - unless Gem knows.

Enfys - I've had a look at your settings and there's nothing unusual in them.

I can only think it's because you used Visitor messaging rather than Private message. As Gem said Admin can't see any of your actual messages. If you can't see the one I've sent in the last few minutes, do let me know.
