I still don't understand why, when I've responded to a thread, I can't see that response unless I go to my profile and look at the threads I'm on. Is it me? 😒


Edited: ok, just checked. I can see this post if I go to forums, latest activity, but I can't find the post I just made to the what are you reading thread.....confused.com 😳

Enfys - I'm not sure I've got this right, but are you saying that you go to somebody's thread and make a comment. Then when you go back later to the same thread you can't find your comment?

Sorry Daisy, no. What I mean is, if I go to New Topics and reply to a post if I then go back to New Topics that thread with my post doesn't show. Sorry, I'm getting confused myself now 😟. It really doesn't matter, I can do it the other way

Please don't apologise, Enfys. I just want to be sure everyone's happy with the way the forums work, and to iron out any possible wrinkles.

'New Topics' means Topics that are new to you, so when you've replied to a new topic it goes from the list until somebody else adds a comment on it. If you go to your avatar or the the forum where is was posted you will see the thread with your comment. I hope that clarifies things.

Thanks Daisy, that explains it! I didn't realise that about New Topics so that makes sense. Still getting my head around,the best way to see things but no problems at all just me . ......notsoconfused.com

I wondered that too, so makes sense to me also....
