    Libras SW breakfast recipes

    2 quick breakfasts or eaten warm as a treat.

    Low syn Choc & orange baked oats.

    35g of oats-1 tablespoon granulated sweetener-175g of fat free plain yoghurt-2 eggs- 1 orange zest only-2 teaspoons of sweet freedom chocolate & coconut choc shot available in waitrose or Sainsbury,haven't seen in Tesco as yet.. Mix altogether and bake gas 2 or 180c for 35 minutes. save 1 tsp of the chocolate sauce to drizzle over when cooked.

    low syn lemon & blueberry baked oats

    35g oats-2 eggs-1 tbsp. granulated sweetener- 1/2 a lemon juice & zest-2 eggs 175g fat free yoghurt 50g blueberries. Mix altogether,bake gas2 or 180c for 35 minutes. Enjoy

      Hubs shared a meal tonight and not a single syn in sight, his verdict- delicious. 250g diced pork which I cut up even smaller, 2 small onions, 5/6 button mushrooms, 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, 1 chicken stock pot, 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of quark.

      spray non stick frying pan with fry light spray, cook the pork on a medium to high heat turning often. Remove the pork and fry the diced onion and sliced mushrooms, add the stock which has dissolved in a 100mls of water, add the mustard powder and 2 teaspoons of black pepper, a pinch of salt. Blend together and then cook for 10 minutes.Remove from heat and add the quark stirring well. I had mine with a huge plate of veggies, hubs had potatoes as well.
