    Recipe for corned beef pie

No particular quantities, whatever suits you

    1 Tin lean corned beef
Onion, as much or as little to your own taste
    Tin baked beans
    Mashed potato

Fry the onion and corned beef until onion is soft, and place in an ovenproof dish.
Put the baked beans on top, again as much or as little to your own taste
    Cover with mashed potato
Cook in oven at 200 degrees/ 180 if using fan oven/ gas mark 6 until heated through and brown on the top

Mushrooms can be added to cook with corned beef and onion if liked.

I usually make about 3, and freeze them after pie has been assembled

You can leave the baked beans out if you like, and serve with other veg of your choice.

I'm going to give this a try, I have made the pie Oma had a recipe for with corned beef and it was a huge hit with M and T.

I'm going to give this pie a go too. i need to have another look at the recipe section. I'm going to soak fruit tomorrow/overnight to make my C cake.

Daisy....I'm sorry to shock you. I sometimes forget you are a delicate little flower.😂 I haven't soaked the fruit yet as I'm absolutely chocker with cold. Don't want to spread my germs.

I love cornflower blue. Pleased you like it.

Forget to look at the recipe section, thanks for the reminder. Sounds good, the one I found on google had pastry on top but this is easier. 🥧
