Mulled wine

I love mulled wine, especially at this time of year
I use this Jamie Oliver recipe . I make it at Christmas for family, and New Years Eve for friends. It goes down well on both ocassions! It doesn't take long and is well worth the effort of making the syrup first

Last nights wine went down very well. Many of our friends prefer other drinks but 3 of them really look forward to my NY mulled wine .
There is enough left for a nice glass for me this evening
