    Sum1Lses Apple Pudding recipe

I have moved this across, Sum1!

    Apple Pudding

I'm going to share with you all my Uncle Gaston's apple pudding. It was a favourite of our when we used to go over to France as a child and I've given it to so many people that once we went to dinner at someone's house and was served for pudding with the explanation that 'it is someone's French uncle's recipe'!

    Four or so dessert apples
    Knob of butter
    Large tbsn sugar
    Tbs plain flour
    Four eggs
    Half pint of milk

Gently fry the sliced apples in the butter. Put them into a shallow cake tin, about 10 inches or so in diameter.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, beat in, add the flour, stir in. Add the milk.

Pour this over the apples and bake at about 180 degrees or gas mark 4 until it is set and a skewer comes out clean.

Cool on a rack for a few minutes and turn onto a plate.

Serve with a little icing sugar on the top.

This sounds yummy! And of course, with apples in it it must be low in calories and very healthy.
