    Air fryer fruit loaves

    400 gramms mixed fruit
    125 gramms butter/margarine
    3 eggs
    2 tablespoon milk
    1 tablespoon of any jam
    125 gramms soft brown sugar
    250 gramms self raising flour
    2 teaspoons mixed jam

Mix all the ingredients together, share between 2 foil containers
    Bake 130c for 50 minutes

I don't use mixed fruit, i use currants, raisins and sultanas
I also add washed glace cherries and walnuts.
If you think the cake is browning too quickly, you can cover it with foil or baking parchment

Nanto, thank you very much. That sounds delicious.

Do those quantities make 2 x 1lb loaves, or 2lb loaves?

I'm still very unsure about what I can and can't do with an air fryer, so do you know if it's ok to line the loaf tine with those paper cases? That's what I use in the ordinary oven.

Daisy, it makes 2 x2lb loaves.
I use metal loaf tins and line them with cake liners.

Nanto, thank you for that. I'm going to give it a go, probably tomorrow - I'm in baking mode!!
