Easy tray bake recipes, please!

We are overdue to invite a couple of friends round. One of whom has has severe health problems this year, and now is much better so a treat is in order!
We thought rather than an evening meal this time we would do an afternoon tea.
Sandwiches, scones with jam and cream , and cakes. I want to do a tray bake as one of the cake options. I only ever make flapjack (which I love!) so wondered what your favourite tray bakes are? Neither OH nor I are particularly keen on chocolate brownies.
Any suggestions welcome!

I thought of a chocolate cake too Shem or a nice white chocolate and Raspberry one ,
My favourite is Cherry & Sultana , depending on the size I have made it using a basic cake recipe in a small tray

Tiffin is easy to make and can be simple or extra ingredients can be added to the basic recipe and you can use different kinds of biscuits as a base!
