Great thread I scour the internet for bargains, some are mail order where I buy, pay usually getting new customer reduction and then not use them again unless it's something eye catching. I just bought another pair of tan knee high leather boots reduced from £85 to £24.99. Looked on the next sale but nothing caught my eye. Debenhams have excellent blue cross sales the last one I got 3 lovely tunics which cost about £30 for all 3. I know I have a few pairs of boots but these were a real bargain and I will get lots of use out of them next winter."What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."

for a bargain my beloved on line store Achica is king although we have found a similar site recently but I cannot remember what it is called. I have bought some fantastic things like my latest handbag which I bought for £79 including postage reduced from £241. We got a fantastic knife block a couple of years ago for £60 and it retailed at £230 plus many other things that I have bought for Christmas over the years. One of my very best bargains was my beautiful standard lamp, black silk shade, chrome base and stand and crystal drops from the candelabra bit. I know it isn't to everyone's taste but it suits my room. We were at the Grand Designs exhibition and a mirror stall had one of the lamps as a prop. I didn't really like any of the mirrors but I emailed them and asked them where I could get a lamp. They said they had to buy 12 in order to get the one for the exhibition and were selling the others off at cost. £120. I trawled the Internet and eventually found that they are Italian made and retailed at almost five hundred quid.If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together

I like to order things online. Some of you may know or not know about Topcashback and Quidco. When I am ordering online I check both sites, and order through the one offering more cash back. You won't make a fortune, but I have just had £30 paid into my bank account from Topcashback, from items I ordered for Christmas.
TopCashback is the most generous free cashback and voucher website. Save money on purchases through thousands of merchants online and in-store.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Debenhams at the minute for their reductions in their Denby Wear dinner services etc I have been putting to-gether a collection for wedding present box for DS1s wedding next year and have made some fab savings.I always look at Vouchercodes & MoneySupermarket for vouchers before I buy anything and use the codes.
The best saving that I make is when Sainsburys have a Tu sale or 25% discount as I can use my family discount card (via DS1) and get a further 15% so 40% discount thank you very much Mr Sainsbury I use this mainly for PJs and undies for DGCs to go into their Xmas bags and put away.Keep Calm,You're Fabulous

Brantano are good for discounts once you have shopped there. They frequently e mail me vouchers for various discounts. Recently I bought a pair of shoes and pair of boots, 40% off. Like Glamma I look for discounts before buying, Debenhams often have them.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Deffo Glam T at Sainsbury's sales are phenomonal, just before Christmas they had a fantastic sale on where I bought 2 jackets for work reduced to £12 each. I love their stuff, they have some nice summer dresses in at the moment. The 1940's styles seem to be in,I'm waiting to see if they reduce them."What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."
