Has anyone found a website with printable crosswords suitable for a nine year old? Actually I would need something for kids around ten or eleven as she is a bit advanced in English. GD1 (and only) loves word puzzles and we are expecting to have her and her brother for the day on Thursday. He will go on the computer whilst we are home but she needs brain exercise in order to occupy her. I have looked but cannot find anything suitable.

I have a Word search, dot to dot and spot the difference document I use for my "building sites are not playgrounds" presentation. If you like I can attach it when I can get back on my work laptop for you to have a look. I don't think I have anything else that would do apart from construction colouring in which would not be of interest I would think. If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together

On holiday my GD had a crossword book called 'crosswords for clever kids' , or something like that!
I use Activity Village to print off colouring pages .I think they do puzzles too, although I'm not sure if they do crosswords, or puzzles suitable for older children.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

LG I have tried asking Mr. Google but he just gives me lots of American sites with stuff that has American spelling and which seems very much below the level I am looking for.
I will take a look at Activity Village Gem.
Ah Oma I am off to Sainsburys later so I will check in there for crossword books for kids. I don't have much time between now and Thursday to shop around but if they have one I can get it.
