I spotted a 60% off sale at Land's End this morning, and bought new pyjamas and a chunky cardigan for £40! Both things I'd been looking for for a while.

I seem to be in between sizes with Lands End. Have bought a few things over the years, but they're either just a bit too big or a bit too small. There stuff is very good quality though.Believe you can and you're halfway there.

WeeGranny, I find their sizing pretty consistent, but one pair of jeans I bought a couple of months ago seemed just a little bit too long and when I checked with earlier buys they were about an inch longer. So I tried the same size in petite and they were just a little bit shorter, but looked fine as 'ankle length' - just not quite what I'd intended. It's frustrating, isn't it when everybody seems to think you should be a bit bigger or a bit smaller!
Yes, I like the quality, too. Everything seems to wash and wear very well.
