2 Dine in for a Tenner at M&S

The 2 dine in for 10 pounds offer is on again this bank holiday weekend.

It's really too good to miss, especially when you consider the cost of a meal out these days! A nice way to have bit of a treat with little cost or effort

Last night we had chicken breasts with leeks au gratin, rosemary potatoes, and passionfruit creme roulade. With a bottle of wine, all for ten pounds. We did brocolli spears, carrots and mange touts with it, and very nice it all was too!

We got one yesterday too. Will have it tomorrow. We got the whole chicken, such good value, it makes two or three meals. Lemon cheesecake slices for pud, lovely. There’s always a crowd looking at the selection and yesterday unfortunately someone knocked a bottle of red wine all over the floor!! What a mess!! I was nowhere near....honest guv 🍷. I felt very sorry for the young man tasked with clearing it all up.

Oma Creme Brulee my favourite also brings back memories of a lovely Spanish Restaurant we used near our place in Spain the wife used to make them every morning for the "menu del dia" I have tried to make them myself and never had the same outcome.
We do have the £10 dine in on a regular basis there are some great mains that you would never even attempt at home.
I now have to travel to Liverpool for our "Dine In" as the local M&S closed down last month.

It sounds lovely, and a nice treat. Are all the puds creamy, or are there any options like apple pie or nursery puds?

I think there are non creamy options Daisy, sometimes there is fruit pie (the choices vary from one offer to the next)

Gem - I'm impressed - there's plenty of choice. I didn't realise it was that good - no wonder it's so popular!

Maybe I should get one for my mum sometime! It would be 2 nights meals for her.
She doesn't drink but there are several non alcoholic options.

Well, ladies, I always listen to good advice, and today I found myself in Lymington - right opposite M&S Food Hall! The Dine in for a Tenner + bottle of wine is still on offer, so we've dined tonight on Basa fillets with ginger, chilli and soy sauce, rosemary and parsley potatoes and a Bramley apple pie, I did more veg, and made custard for the apple pie.

I'll definitely do it again, so thank you all for your recommendations.
