How wonderful to have found such friendship Shem , I am trying this mindless thing , there is a YouTube video called meditation A snowy cottage it’s wonderful to me my brain is empty by the time I have finished especially when OH is off on one a bit, makes me appreciate life and that things will pass

Qwerty - I've just had a look at the Cottage in the Snow on You Tube, and it's very relaxing. I'd done the breathing bit and was feeling nice an relaxed when a message pinged up on my screen telling me to update my Yahoo settings!! Yahoo haunts me - I don't seem to be able to get rid of it! But I can always come back to the cottage.
