    Sad news

Today I had a lovely long phone call from an old friend, we were at primary school together and met up again about 15 or so years ago and keep in touch as much as we can. Unfortunately, she had to tell me the sad news that a mutual friend, also someone we knew from our schooldays, is suffering from dementia. I feel so upset for her; she was a very intelligent, woman, a wonderful teacher and just a super person to know, This news made me feel down all afternoon but has reinforced the knowledge that we really must make the most of every day we have, even the simple things become so important.

Sad news indeed Enfys I'm so sorry.

And absolutely we must make the most of everything, Life is to be lived - now. No point putting everything on the back burner for tomorrow, as tomorrow is never a surety!

Enfys - I feel for you. It is so sad to know that people who have shared part of your life are going through bad times, whatever the reason. We have to make the most of every single day. Big hug. xxx
