There's a message from Norma on FB. Paul has said that as T loved flowers so much, anyone who wishes to send flowers is welcome to do so. Would need to find out where to send them though!

Maybe a plant or a rose or something for Paul’s garden (if he has one.)
When my dad died my neighbour bought me a beautiful rose bush. It was always in flower around his anniversary. I was very touched by the gesture, especially as my neighbour didn’t even know my dad.Always face the sunshine and the shadows fall behind you.

I remember that Paul and Tizzy had a florists shop before Paul's eye problems and she was very knowledgeable about flowers.

I have decided, after much thought, not to try and go to the funeral. Not knowing the area and the Crematorium I might find myself in a situation that would require Tissy's family having to help me out, not a good idea.
As to a donation, I think Gt. Ormond Street (GOSH) would be my choice and I would like to send flowers, should it be combined from us all? What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Okay, I will arrange for some flowers, we have a good local shop. Ideas for what should be written on the card please and suggestions for what type of shape and what colour flowers. Did Tizzy have a favourite flower and colour. Sheaf or cushion?Last edited by Plantaholic; 05-08-2019, 11:04 AM.What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

- Forever in our thoughts.
- Gone but never forgotten.
- Thinking of you always.
- You will be sorely missed.
- May you rest in peace.
- With love and fond memories.
- In loving memory.
- Always in my heart.
•Some suggestions. With love and fond memories or Forever in our thoughts would be my choices.
