I must admit I make sure I have a small bottle of water with me when I am out and about but I object to buying expensive mineral water and use a water filter jug and keep it in the fridge filling a small bottle before I go out. I have done this since we lived here as the water used to be a bit sandy although the water company has improved this. I often don't drink the water I have but I like to keep it in my bag. I only drink coffee in the morning when I get up, never drink tea, so water is the only other thing during the day.

I'm the same Zizi, never drink tea, coffee in morning and some green tea in afternoon sometimes, so suppose I do drink tea really ! Water I just take when I feel like it, but I do admit for OH and myself drinking huge amounts is unrealistic especially when going out where finding loos mar prove difficult !Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. I have always drank a lot of water but that's because I don't drink more than two cups of tea a day and I cant go anywhere without a cold drink even in winter I have cold water with breakfast , I don't drink alcohol when we go out just iced water so im a cheap date. Last time Brian was in Hospital there was a elderly gent in the same ward who was in because he was drinking too much water and he was very ill , apparently your body can only take so much water then it effects your vital organs , mind you this gent was consuming up to 5 large bottles a day that's a huge amount when you think about it and he was only a little thing , everything in moderation , but I do agree you need to keep hydrated
Im not fat just 6ft too small
