    Same here Daisy, if I made it by hand, I would never make it. Chucking everything into the breadmaker and getting it out 5 hours later is easy!

      We have a pine bread bin which must be 20+ years old. We split the loaf in thirds and then freeze it. We usually keep some rolls in the freezer as well. Got back from a weekend away and found we had hardly any bread. Down to a ciabatta loaf and luckily had some mozzarella. A new baker has opened nearby and makes very good loaves.
