I love cheese as well - any strong, tasty, knock your socks off sorts. I'd find it a lot harder to give up cheese than meat.

Plant - I used to love goats' cheese too, but suddenly went right off it! That was a few years ago, so perhaps I should try it again.

There are so many different goats cheeses now, I don't have a sense of smell so perhaps that is what puts people off

I really like goats cheese. In fact I like all cheese except the mouldy ones

I love goats cheese too, but no one does it like the French!

Not tonight, home made steak pie with wine in the gravy and big piles of mash with butter.......

I could never be vegetarian - I love my meat. I also love cheese, lovely strong, smelly stuff! DIL is a veggie so I always cook her something special. Especially now she is pregnant I like to make sure she is getting enough protein.....

Being a vegetarian is an alien concept to me. OH & I thought about it years ago but hadn't got a clue how to go about it. A mate of his at work lent him a book of recipes as he's a veggie. We were put off by all the pulses & foods we'd never heard off. It all seemed so complicated. Needless to say we stuck to our usual meat eating ways.

Nana, there are actually some lovely vegetarian meals, some of which you wouldn't know were vegetarian!

Thanks Gem. I would say I'd give it a try but how could I possibly give up bacon butties ....The smell of it cooking, the taste, the combination of brown sauce. I don't think I'm a good Veggie candidate somehow 😱

We used to visit a pub that did delicious bacon sandwiches and as soon as on person ordered one they would have a run on them when they smelt the bacon
