Plant, I tried oysters - once. That was more than enough.

I enjoy oysters when they're cooked, not so keen on raw ones. In Oz they did Oysters Kilpatrick in their shells but cooked with a sauce of balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce and butter and topped with crispy bacon and of course we have Devils on Horseback here which are oysters wrapped in bacon and herb butter and grilled. DS found a pearl in one when he had them at a fish restaurant. At least we knew they were fresh!
            But I can't /won't eat cockles,mussels or whelks!
As I have a funny liver, I don't eat liver or any offal come to that, but my mum loved a plate of tripe!
Don't eat runny cream and I'm not that keen on whipped either. Don't like soft cheeses, give me a bit of cheddar,or other hard cheese, any time!
I like fish, but not cooking it!
Apart from that, I'll eat most things!
