    Favourite meal which you make

What is your favourite meal which you yourself cook?
This may not be your all time favourite meal, but the favourite from your own repertoire.

Mine is definitely my shepherds pie. I love it (she says, modestly!)

Anything which is quick. I don’t enjoy cooking for one but I always look forward to salmon.

Like Plant I do enjoy the meal with salmon, but, I weekly make a vegeterian curry with butter beans, cauliflower, leeks etc, very tasty!

Salmon for me too. Quick and easy, very tasty.

I like fish, but not if I have to cook it!

I suppose it would have to be my cheat's moussaka, my home made curry or beef stroganoff. These are all the meals asked for by the family!!

I used to mostly enjoy cooking, but struggle with cooking for just me now.

I think us ladies on our own are less motivated to cook than others with partners or families.I used to make a weekly menu plan but nowadays I usually take it day by day!

I would definitely cook less often if there was only myself to cook for.

Sad to say, I don't particularly enjoy any meal when I've cooked it. It's not that my cooking is that awful (I hope!) but when I've cooked it, the smell of it seems to have satisfied my appetite, or put me right off!
