    Foraging

I'm not sure whether to think of Foraging as "Eating out!" or Nutrition!! Or even "Useful Websites"

It's fungus time here in the New Forest, and while many people come to forage for mushrooms it's not something I've ever been brave enough to do. But I do read up every year on identifying various species in case Eva eats anything she finds.

I've just found this website, which gives the clearest pictures and descriptions I've ever seen and thought I'd share it.

Gem - I'm sorry you can't see the link. I'm not sure why.

I'd be too scared as well, but I do know people who do! In France you can get mushrooms identified by a pharmacist - I wish you could do that here.

Nanto - same here, and we have a weird and wonderful selection round here.
