I’ve just started to take it I’ve got gummy lemon flavoured sweets it’s easier to chew it than take as tablet form. I’m useless at taking tablets they make me gag!

I used Health span for years for my Glucosamine and Turmeric .
I then discovered that the reason i felt sick every time i took Glucosamine was its derived from shell fish , i tried the Vegetarian one but its not as good

The company has been going many years never had a problem with delivery or quality of products i like them
Im not fat just 6ft too small

I even got them from Healthspan long ago and they delivered here. No problem at all.

I suppose I should add turmeric to my list.

I'm not knocking it, but we could end up having a three-course feast of pills and tablets, couldn't we!!

Yes sounds like me, glasses, hearing aids, six tablets at breakfast and 3 in the evening.

Seniors! You've forgotten the spare glasses, mobile with super large keys, stick-it notes everywhere as reminders and the bus pass!

Then there's the comfy shoes for the bunions, front fastening bras - discarded as soon as you get home, the grab handle in the shower, the indigestion tablets and spare door keys in a hiding place that's so good you can't find them when you've locked yourself out.

And in my case the Medicine Purse. Something I would never have had when younger!
It's a small purse that I take out with me, containing painkillers, antihistamines, Gaviscon, IBS tablets, Cystitis powders......
I usually need none of them but I like to be prepared

Gem - perhaps we get more careful and mindful of things that can go wrong. At one time I wouldn't even think about taking a box of plasters on holiday, even when we were doing very basic camping off the beaten track abroad.
