    Cheese

I do not like hard cheese in any form unless its melted on toast . Although I like soft cheese ,
Cant stand Blue cheese or Parmesan stuff like that , hate when hard cheese sticks to your teeth ,

Well last week when we had a drive out to a farm shop they had bits on to try and one was a Sticky Toffee Cheddar !!! well I was brave and had a nibble it was lovely , so much so I bought a small piece .
We had it one lunch time with Crackers and we enjoyed it ,
DS came on Sunday and he tried the bit that was left and he hated it so did the children who love cheese but spat this out , GS1 a big cheese fan tried it tonight and hated it too .

I guess we all have a different pallet
I would buy it again I must admit but not offer it to anyone else

We love cheese, but i usually buyCheshire/Lancashire/Red Leicester/Double Gloucester.
I think the name Sticky Toffee cheddar would put me off.I always think of Sticky toffee as something sweet.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I love cheese. All cheese except blue (mouldy!) cheeses.

Sticky Toffee Cheddar sounds like something I would try, and then buy if I liked it! We eat cheese and pickle, which is sweet, so why not!
Tomorrow we are meeting friends for lunch at a farm shop cafe. I will check out their cheeses Oma

It is sweet Nanto I think that's why the children and DS didn't like it and I did
I surprised myself even trying it Gem

I like cheese too. The only time I would have cheese with blue veins is when I make a three cheese macaroni. The only time I have parmesan is sprinkled over pea risotto when I make it. I think my favourite cheese is cranberry Wensleydale (Mr Wallace & Grommit). Not sure if I'd like your type of cheese tho Oma. Good that we're all different eh?😉

I have never liked cheese unless its cheddar cheese on toast. OH was told after he had his heart attack not to eat cheese, although he does have a small amount every 3 months or so.

Due to the drug which both OH and I are on, which strips the bones of calcium, I need cheese!
I dislike cow's milk, and have black drinks, and almond milk on porridge and cereal. I get my calcium from yogurts and cheese. A good excuse

I love cheese. All varieties. It is rich in calcium and protein, but unfortunately it is also rich in calories! With a good chunk of crusty bread and creamy butter it is quite a sinful indulgence.

You are making me want some now Sunshine!
As I treated myself to a buttered scone mid morning however, its just soup and oatcakes for lunch today (and fruit and yogurt)

I love all cheeses but don't keep them in, I would keep hacking slices off them.

Oohh l like most cheeses not the. blue ones like the Bishops Stinkey , my favourite is a strong mature Orkney cheese, I’m like Gem all my coffee is black , but do have a latte first thing in the morning or as a treat out, so it’s my bit of calcium unfortunatly the mayo I put on it when I grate it for s sandwich is way over my calorie intake 😱

Can’t think of any cheese that I don’t like. Melted goats cheese on an avocado is my current favourite or Ryvita spread with mashed avocado and goats cheese is next on my list. Growing up I didn’t like cheese at all. Possibly because it was usually Kraft cheese slices or Dairylee triangles! I used to bite the pointy end off and squeeze the cheese out.

I love cheese too but shouldn’t eat it due to dairy intolerance. I do have to indulge every now and again though, and I know what to expect when I do! I don’t think I would like a cheese that was sweet though.
