Our fridge is nearly empty so we ended up having an omelette. OH wanted cheese, but I'm not keen on cheese omelette, so I cooked onion, garlic, fresh tomatoes and a red pepper, added the eggs and basil leaves and seasoning. I make one large one, so I put cheese on OH's half before putting it under the grill to finish off. A green salad to go with it, and yoghurt for afters.

We might have to do some shopping tomorrow.

Plant - that sounds my sort of lunch!

We are between shopping trips - meaning there's not much in the fridge. Last night I made mac'n'cheese with salad. Tonight will probably end up as a stir fry of whatever vegetables we have in. Or I might make a quiche - we haven't had one for ages. I'll see how it goes.

I ended up doing jacket potatoes filled with mixed beans and pulses in a sun dried tomato sauce with a salad. We really will have to shop soon!

We ended up with scampi last night, one of OH's favourites. With home made potato wedges, peas for me, salad for OH.

Tonight is sausage, gravy, mash and veg, as it will suit the GC as well.

Plant - it must be difficult finding foods that you can eat with your poorly tooth. At least it's cold enough for comforting and filling soups.

Tonight we had basa fillets with rice and a stir fry of veggies.

Tomorrow it's roast chicken on the menu!

We had a biggish lunch (homemade soup, twice baked potatoes with cheese, and a slice of berry cheesecake, brought by my friend)

I am cooking pasta and mushrooms tonight, quick and simple!
