I have no idea what I am eating tonight as I am going out for a meal with friends

I had the remains of the Venison casserole I slow cooked yesterday and added some purple sprouting followed by some fruit.

I am going to make chicken pie with some of the left over chicken from Sunday. I always freeze the left overs and make pie or stir fry with them. Makes the chicken go a long way for just the two of us.

Salmon, new potatoes and various veg tonight.

I love salmon. I got a couple of salmon sides when they were half price in Tesco and froze them. I am cooking one tonight, so lots of lovely salmon left over for my lunches

I make mine with lamb GJ, as I can't eat beef. I have to check on menus if eating out though as some restaurants make it with lamb and beef!

Cheesy veggie enchiladas and raspberry pavlova tonight, Friends coming for tea!

Beef casserole, made a big one in the slow cooker yesterday so one in the freezer too. We’ll have it with mash and roast parsnips.

I love Shepherds pie as I prefer lamb mince than beef ,

We are having Sauerkraut with spiced sausage , belly pork and potatoes , well B having potatoes the traditional way I don't like potatoes with it
He made Sticky toffee pud with toffee sauce last night I felt so full after it I actually felt sick so being good today to much sugar in one sitting not good for me
